Our client is a premium fashion retailer with ambitious plans for growth. They have stores nationwide and developing internet sales. They currently have an opportunity for a Stock Control Manager based at their Distribution Centre in the Midlands.

Responsibilities include;

• Ensuring that stock integrity is achieved up to and exceeding KPIs.
• Create and run daily reports to facilitate replenishment and stock maintenance.
• Plan, manage and deliver stock-taking activities including PI and cycle counting.
• Developing, motivating and leading a small team.
• Championing improvements and delivering results through continuous improvement programmes and SOP’s.
• Maintenance and development of the WMS system to increase operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will have;

• Well developed problem solving skills.
• A proven track record in stock management in a fast-moving retail DC.
• Strong IT skills, advanced Excel.
• Highly level of numeracy

Reporting to the DC Manager, working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, however flexibility will be required to meet the changing needs of the operation.
