Our Client is a major provider of services to the technology sector with an enviable record of growth. They have vacancies for result orientated Production Team Leaders based in their state of the art facility in the West Midlands near Coventry.

Responsibilities include;

• Managing a team of up to 30 technicians.
• Supporting and motivating your team to achieve the highest standards.
• Adhering to manufacturing work specifications as defined in SLAs.
• Maintaining quality standards to ISO 9001, ISO14001.
• Health and safety for all.
• Continuous improvement with elimination of waste.
• Development and maintenance of reporting mechanisms to achieve KPIs.

You will have;

• Excellent leadership capabilities.
• Batch production or build to order experience.
• Knowledge of telecoms or FMCG sectors.
• An education to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent.
• The ability to accept and deliver change.

Reporting to an Operations Manager this role is based on shifts Monday to Friday; 5am to 1.30pm and 2pm to 10.30pm. Opportunities for career advancement are excellent.
